11:12 p.m. — Larson Pulling Away:Kyle Larson leads by more than two seconds with 10 laps remaining. Gio Scelzi and Corey Day trail.
11:07 p.m. — Gio To Second:Giovanni Scelzi's on the move as he passes Carson Macedo for second with 31 laps to go. Larson leads by a second. Macedo, Anthony Macri and Corey Day the top-five.
11:03 p.m. — Halfway Break Update:While the majority of teams changed right-rear tires, leader Kyle Larson did not. A crew member from Paul Silva's team said the tires "looked sweet" and they feel fully confident they made the right decision. Carson Macedo, Gio Scelzi, Anthony Macri and Corey Day are the top-five.
10:54 p.m. — Larson Leads At Halfway Break:25 laps down, 25 to go, and it's been all Kyle Larson. The reigning Nationals champ has company, though, as Carson Macedo chopped Larson's three-second lead down to less than a second before the halfway break. Also, 11th-starting Corey Day is on the move as he's up to fifth from 11th.
Gio Scelzi and Anthony Macri are third and fourth. Daryn Pittman, Brian Brown, Rico Abreu, Tyler Courtney, and Scott Bogucki the top-10. David Gravel is 14th. ... Donny Schatz 19th. ... Brad Sweet 21st.
10:50 p.m. — Larson Maintaining Control:10 laps down, 40 to go, and Kyle Larson's lead is well over two seconds over Daryn Pittman. Carson Macedo, Gio Scelzi and Anthony Macri are the top-five. 11t-starting Corey Day is up to seventh. 19th-starting David Gravel is 15th while Donny Schatz and Brad Sweet are 20th and 21st.
10:47 p.m. — Schuchart Slows; Larson Leads:21st-running Logan Schuchart slows to draw the first caution on lap five. Kyle Larson still leads. Daryn Pittman challenged Larson for the lead on the opening lap, but Larson snuffed out Pittman's run around the outside of turn four. Carson Macedo, Rico Abreu and Anthony Macri the top-five.
10:42 p.m. — Green Flag!:The 63rd Knoxville Nationals main event is green, with pole-starting jumping out to the early lead.
9:55 p.m. — B-Main recap: 2018 Nationals champ Brad Sweetbreezes to B-Main victory while Justin Peck, David Gravel and James McFadden earn the final A-Main transfers.
9:34 p.m. — First Stoppage Of Night:Aftercaution-free C-, D- and E-Mains, Kaleb Johnson's flip in lap nine of 22 in the B-Main draws the first stoppage of the evening. Johnson, who emerged OK, was running ninth at the time of his flip. Brad Sweet, meanwhile, leads Justin Peck, Cory Eliason and James McFadden as fifth-running David Gravel remains outside an A-Main transfer.
9:20 p.m. — C-Main recap:Make that three-straight caution-free consolation races to start the evening as Brenham Crouch tops Danny Dietrich for the C-Main victory; Ayrton Gennetten and Chris Windom also advance to the tail of the B-Main.
9:00 p.m. — D-Main recap: Another caution-free consolation race sees Lincoln, Neb.'s Don Droud Jr.hold off Ryan Timms for the D-Main victory; Landon Crawley, Sam Hafertepe Jr., Riley Goodno,and Mark Dobmeier transfer to the C-Main.
8:55 p.m. —Wise Scratches:An issue with Zeb Wise's engine forces the Angola, Ind., native to scratch from the C-Main. He was scheduled to start 12th in the 15-lap C-Main.
8:40 p.m. — E-Main recap:Pleasantville, Iowa's Sawyer Phillips cruised to a caution-free E-Main victory with Tanner Thorson, Joel Myers Jr., Cole Mincer, Sammy Swindell,and Jimmy Light transferring to the tail of the D-Main. ... The 68-year-old Swindell came from the 10th-starting spot to finish fifth. ... Five-time Nationals starterAaron Reutzelfinished eighth as his 2024 Nationals come to a premature end.
